·        Some people think it is more beneficial to play sports that are played in teams, e.g. football. However, some people think it is more beneficial to play individual sports, e.g. tennis and swimming. Discuss about both views and give your own opinion.

 It is considered by some that it will be helpful to get involved in games that includes a team such as football, and others consider the benefits of getting involves in games that require one’s self only for example, swimming. In my opinion, sports are a gateway to a healthy lifestyle and to participate in group activity games will have additional benefits like getting to work as a team.

Sports that involve team play influences a great deal of experience to an individual, such as team work techniques, team spirit and the spirit of being in a team. Team play is an important skill when you go for a job or while working since it always involves a team, which is why the experience gained from team sports can be helpful. The feedback from the fellow players regarding the sport as well as other matter can be helpful for a person as well in the development.

On the other hand, games that can be played or performed alone can have important impacts too regardless of their disadvantages. Even though, individual sports separate individuals from working as a team, there is a huge positive side as well. Individuals get to work on their own and work for achievements which can only be achieved by themselves with their own sacrifices.

In my opinion, sports are a great pathway for achieving a healthy lifestyle and for that the type of sports does not matter as long as there is a physical exercise involved. There can be slight changes in the experienced gained with the different types of sports also.

In conclusion, individual sports and team sports will have different impacts on the participants when it comes to teamplay and effort. In my opinion, sports are considered effective for a healthy lifestyle, regardless of a team sport or individual sport.
